PACT, Inc. Dealer Ordering Policies

At PACT, Inc., we’ve established the following policies to ensure a fair and efficient ordering process for our dealers. Please review these guidelines carefully to maintain a smooth partnership.

Payment and Shipping Details:

• Credit Card Payments via Website: Shipping rates will be adjusted to the correct amount before your card is charged. We only capture funds when your order ships, not at the time of placement.
• Using Your Shipping Account: If you’d prefer shipping costs billed to your UPS or FedEx account, please provide your account number when placing your order.
• Prepayment Requirement: All sales must be prepaid before shipping. We accept checks and electronic funds transfers (e.g., ACH, EFT, wire, or bank transfers) with no fees. For credit card payments, a 4% surcharge applies to orders over $2,000. Splitting orders into multiple transactions under $2,000 within 30 days to avoid this fee is not permitted.

Pricing and Sales Requirements:

• MAP Compliance: You must adhere to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) outlined in our Dealer Pricing for all products. Violations may lead to order suspension.
• Seller Account Disclosure: You must disclose all seller accounts you operate under on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or other marketplaces when applying or updating your dealer status.
• No Drop-Shipping or Fulfillment Centers: We do not ship directly to fulfillment centers or offer drop-shipping services. All orders must ship to your business address.
• No Reselling to Other Dealers: You may not sell PACT, Inc. products to other dealers, resellers, or distributors. All such entities must purchase directly from us.

Consequences of Violations:

Any breach of these policies—such as MAP violations, undisclosed marketplace accounts, or reselling to other dealers—may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your ordering privileges.

Important Marketplace Restriction:

We are currently not accepting orders intended for resale on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or other third-party marketplaces. Violation of this rule will result in permanent suspension of your dealer account.
