PACT, Inc. has a historical connection with RCBS from many years ago when we manufactured some products for them. However, that partnership no longer exists, and PACT, Inc. does not repair or service RCBS products. For support with RCBS items, we recommend contacting RCBS directly to explore your options.
PACT’s Discontinued Product Line:
PACT, Inc. has also phased out our own reloading scale and dispenser products. While we once offered a lifetime warranty on these items, the product lifespan has ended. Many critical parts needed for manufacturing and repairs have become globally obsolete, making service unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
